How does Hamketab work?

Borrowing and returning books with Hamketab is simple and free. Everything starts on this website.

   Find the book you want among the books available on the website.

   If the book is available in more than one city or bookstore, choose your preferred pickup location.

   Submit a borrowing request and receive a pickup code.

   You have 7 working days to visit the selected bookstore during opening hours, show the pickup code, and collect the book.

   After reading the book, request a return from Loans in your account. If the region has more than one bookstore, choose where you want to return it.

   Your return code and drop-off instructions will appear in your account.

   Take the book to the selected bookstore during opening hours, show the return code, and hand over the book.
